GAA was awarded an exclusive mandate by lenders to conduct a valuation of all the assets owned by Jaypee and Group companies for debt restructuring under the various schemes of CDR, SDR, and S4A of RBI. Total assets value was more than INR 500 billion; assets included Land, Banks, Industrial Township, Expressway, Formula 1 Racing Track, Sports City, Hotels, Resorts, Cement Plants, Mines & Mineral, Super Critical Coal Based Power Plants and ROR-Hydro Power Plants.
